Product Options:

Generation (M_e) is designed with the younger generation in mind. Ideally suited to dry environments and areas were the likelihood of abuse is to a minimum. Incorporating safety with looks, this system accommodates shaped doors and partitions at lower heights for times when supervision is essential. Available in as little as 48 hours and from a choice of 48 different plain or patterned high density melamine boards, complementary or contrasting hard wearing PVC Lippings and Satin Anodised Aluminium Fittings for strength give the cubicle all round good value for money.

DESIGN

Our design team produce full working CAD drawings, with exact dimensions for our production use and for on site requirements.

SURVEYING

Being bespoke fabricators we manufacture all of our products to the exact required sizes even if this means doing the surveying ourselves. This is all a part of our free service which ensures it is right first time with no alterations required later.

DIMENSIONS

All manufactured sizes are bespoke and door/partition heights are determined by children age.

In situations that do not require bespoke sizes, standard components can be applied. For example, an 800mm wide cubicle by 1500mm deep would be as follows:

All component heights: 1800mm (+150mm clearance)
Internal partition: 1500mm
End-return partitions: 1500mm
Inward opening door: 640mm
Outward opening door: 700mm
Mid pilaster: 200mm
End pilaster: 100mm

FEATURES

This system incorporates sweeping shaped Partitions and rounded top low height Doors making it visually pleasing to children. Straight top Doors and Partitions can be fitted if required for additional privacy.

COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCTS

To accompany this cubicle system we also offer our Attached Panel System (APS) range of Duct Panel Sets available at half heights to suit the Partition and Vanity Units manufactured to a specific height depending on the age group, complete with its Pre-assembled, Pre-manufactured laminated framing system with ready aligned secret fixed accessible panels.

Additional items such as Lockers and Bench seating are also available for changing room situations.
