Delta Laminates Vanity Unit

Vanity Top

Constructed from 18mm moisture resistant high density MDF core
Depth usually 600mm deep for fully recessed units
100mm postformed upstands to rear
200mm postformed downstands to front edge
350mm deep beds for semi-recessed units
Alternatively 100-300mm deep for face mounted wash hand basin ducts

Facing

High pressure laminate from selected range

Frame/Base

Constructed from 18mm moisture resistant high density MDF core with WBP plywood plinths

Under Panels

MR MDF core faced with high pressure laminate from selected range
Postformed or square and lipped with laminate or 2mm impact resistant soft profile PVC edging

Assembly

Panels fitted to frame with secret hook type non-corrosive fixing clips for access to plumbing

DESIGN

Our design team produce full working CAD drawings, with exact dimensions for our production use and for on site requirements.

SURVEYING

Being bespoke fabricators we manufacture all of our products to the exact required sizes even if this means doing the surveying ourselves. This is all a part of our free service which ensures it is right first time with no alterations required later.

All manufactured sizes are bespoke and are determined by each project requirement.

FEATURES

The tops are made with integral postformed upstands to act as splash backs together with postformed integral downstands to the front edge. General construction consists of a Moisture Resistant MDF and Plywood Plinth Substrates because of there ability to stand the high water and moisture contact. All panels are fully accessible.

The Vanity Units are also available in compact grade laminate which is totally impervious to water. We also produce the Vanity Tops in Solid Surfacing with Integral Basins manufactured from the same Solid Surfacing Material as another option.
