Dimension Furniture
Dimension is a fully bespoke range of manufactured furniture products designed to utilize the space it was intended for. The range is very compromising as there are no set sizes as each and individual unit are made to measure. Whether the area dictates slightly unconventional widths, heights or depths we will ascertain the best layout, measure, manufacture and then install to the exact required dimensions. It’s Heavy Duty Construction using the best materials and fittings available gives it unrivalled durability without compromising the its looks.

| Doors | 18mm Moisture Resistant High Density MDF or Standard Core depending on application. |
| Facing | High Pressure Laminate from selected range. |
| Edge Detail | Machine Radius Edges and or Square and lipped in either laminate as face or 2mm Impact Resistant Soft Profile PVC. |
| Carcass | 18mm Moisture Resistant High Density Core faced with either High Pressure Laminate or melamine faced MDF depending on application. |
| Plinths | 18mm Laminated WBP Plywood or Laminated MDF depending on application. |
| Hardware | All Heavy Duty including large selection of hinges, handles or knobs and locks. All drawer units have metabox metal drawer boxes for durability. |
| Worktops | 30/38mm High Density Core faced with High Pressure Laminate from selected range with a choice of Bullnosed or Postfomed leading edges. All joint details are done using biscuit and bolts. |
Aditional Information: This system is fully adaptable and suitable for any application, compliant with HTM Standards for Hospitals, Educational establishments to the basic brew room.
DESIGN
Our design team produce full working CAD drawings, with exact dimensions for our production use and for on site requirements.
SURVEYING
Being bespoke fabricators we manufacture all of our products to the exact required sizes even if this means doing the surveying ourselves. This is all a part of our free service which ensures it is right first time with no alterations required later.
DIMENSIONS
All manufactured sizes are bespoke and door/partition heights are determined by each project requirement.
FEATURES
This system incorporates a core highly resistant to the likes of water or physical abuse by using a WBP plywood for the plinths etc. It is also a fully laminated specification, adding to its lifespan, as well as giving continuity and aesthetic appeal.
