DESIGN
Our design team service offers free consultations and customer liaison at the start and all the way through each project. The initial meeting will ascertain the desired details and the perception of how the finished project will look. Our team will offer advice and solutions based on practicalities and achievable manufacturing profiles and then, forward produced details in auto CAD format together with rendered with rendered impressions of the design. This can then be altered and tweaked to suit. These meetings are free and all come as part of the package and our service.
SURVEYING
Being bespoke fabricators we manufacture all of our products to the exact required sizes even if this means doing the surveying ourselves. This is all a part of our free service which ensures it is right first time with no alterations required later.
DIMENSIONS
All manufactured sizes are bespoke and are determined by each project requirement. In most cases a standard panel would ideally be 1500mm high by 1000mm wide. This assists in being a suitable weight for manual handling together with suspension to the wall. Larger panels are available up to 3000mm x 1200mm without having to joint. Any smaller sized make up panels are available. Panel thickness vary from 9mm to 40mm. However 20mm is the standard produced thickness.
SUBSTRATE (CORE)
Depending on the application and the environmental issues, various substrates are available from standard and moisture resistant grade chip board and Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) to WBP plywood or fire retardant MDF. Compact grade solid laminate panels are also available. Only available in 13mm thick due to the weight of large panel sizes. This grade is totally impervious to water, is chemical and impact resistant.
COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCTS
To accompany this wall panelling system, we have designed a complete range of internal glazed or non glazed doors with laminated casings, also bulkheads with stickered signage, and perspex feature lighting columns.
