Redefined. Reignited. Rejuvenated. Grade II listed office space, Hanover Building, located on the corner of Corporation Street in Manchester, stands eight-storeys high and overlooks the beautiful Manchester City landscape.
Built in the 1900’s Hanover Building is one of the earliest surviving commercial warehouses built by the Co-operative Wholesale Society’s (CWS) in-house architecture department, to create offices and additional warehouse space to E-Block, which was a “drapery warehouse” built in 1904.
This office refurbishment has undergone a huge £35 million transformation, courtesy of Russells Construction and Sheppard Robson. A transformation that has seen the building stripped back, revealing heritage features that were restored to create an incredibly bright a versatile commerical office working space.
We very proudly and successfully played our part in this magnificent project, carefully designing and manufacturing our high-specification flush-fitting Zenith cubicles, accompanied with the very best in solid surfacing, Corian vanity units with large semi-recessed bowls. Complimented with our high-pressure laminate attached panelling system (APS).
Over £100,000 of products were installed on the Hanover Building project, to provide an efficient Grade A office space that is set to become the home of Amazon and WeWork.
